i agree with you but the name of the person was kalashinkov but the name of the gun is klashinkov (as it is commonly referred to in news items).

No. they are not that smelly. Actually, it is Afghan Tradition to dress heavily. There dress taste might not be like by someone, but who cares any way. I remember reading somewhere that the British have always refered to Afghans as bad dressers. Anyway, forget that, coming to other point. Rawa.org website is completely irrational. the way they are projecting things are completely wrong. May Allah guide them. Though Rawa.org insults taleban, the Enemies of Islam (i.e., jews and hindus) are using this rawa.org website to insult Islam. Not Taleban. Check hinduunity.org (i think) website and you will find out.
Pictures are Un Islamic. No doubt about it. But just as lies are also un islamic, but everybody says them dispite knkowing it is wrong, this is because we are human. Taleban are not perfect. Even they have some desires as well. And journalists frequently say that Afghans will do anything for you if you take their picture. So they have this weakness of having their pictures taken. Well I can just say that May Allah give them more willpower.

We have been given the impression that Taleban beat up anybody who doesn’t have a beard. This is true but it has been exaggerated. They have imposed beards upon everybody. I know Afghan friends who went to Afghanistan and came back to Afghanistan with just a clipped beard (i.e., not more than 1 cm long). And I even know people (my uncle) who went there without a beard and came back safe and sound. I read on BBC somewhere but I canot find the link which had interviews from various commoners who said that the Taleban Beard order is exaggerated and that there is a lot of flexibility in it.
