Once I attended a talaq.
Few moulana’s there said nikah is just like talak.
A guy and girl accept each other woman and man… its a nikah..
rest is formality??

like when some one say talaq talaq talaq it become a valid talaq. Even when done jokingly.
Those moulanas said, nikah is exactly the same... you say it .. its done!! period.

Well this is new .. that you were ‘‘invited’’ to a talaq ceremony .. 
Yes once talaq is said even jokingly ..its considered as One talaq and if 3 talaq in 3 separate breaths then 3 talaq and if 3 talaq are said in one go i.e. one breath then one talaq is considered .. and the most suitable and jaiz way to do talaq is give one talaq in one ‘tuhr’ and the 2nd in 2nd turh and 3rd in third .. this way .. if a man is making a mistake .. he can retract from his mistake and take his talaq back ..
and no .. talaq and nikah are NOT the same ..I bet its one of those mullah who downloaded his ‘‘mullah’’ degree of the net .. like joey in friends lol

ambassador, I just don't have time and patience to write long posts.
Growing up I much hated our moronic rules, which btw felt more like social the islamic, I am to the point where I only want to comply with islam, and don't really care about any thing else.
No I am not mocking this forum.
I just don't have time to make you understand my self... I am glad there are still ppl who usually get it.
