Pretty good movie overall... more of an art-house/parallel movie than a commercial flick, so it won't be everyone's cup of tea.
Watch it for the acting more than anything else... good performances by all three leading actors. The story is a little predictable once you catch on to some elements in the plot.

I liked it. The end was unexpected, but the movie is well made. I loved the songs muskaane jhoothi hai and jiya laage naa.

^ money doesn't matter, ppl liked talash more than jab tak hai jaan, obviously more ppl went to see jab tak han jan it attracted a lot but most of them were disapointed
