How many of you are guilty of sleeping with make-on at times? I did that a few nights ago when I came home really really late and had NO energy to change or take-off my make-up. I keep cleansing-wipes on my bedside table but that day I didn’t even have the energy to use them. Needless to say I looked like a raccoon by morning.
Which make-up remover/cleanser are you loyal to?
Do you use different make-up removers, one for the face and one for the eyes?
Olive oil for eyes. I am sensitive to use anything else.
I cant remember sleeping like that ever. I would clean up no matter how tired, or i cant sleep. Not that i have tried sleeping just like that but i know.
wow...dedicated people.....I have cleansing wipes on my night-table as well.....and yes....there are nights, mostly party ones, where I simply give up and forget about them as well.
Erg, I do it quite often, even though I try not to.
I don't like moistened cleansing wipes though, I feel they really dry out the skin.
Otherwise, I use Olive Oil to get the bulk of the eyemakeup off. Then I cleanse my face with an Olay cleansing facecloth (where you have to wet it with water, I find these quite mild) and use it to clean off all the black gunk around my eyes. The soap from the cloth plus the olive oil around my eyes work together to get it all off.
Afterwards, I spritz my face with tea tree water or rose water. I also spray a little onto a cosmetic pad to moisten it and then drop a drop of Olive Oil on top of this and use it to moisturise areas that get dry.
I use Olay facial clothes or a similiar product to take off my makeup if i am wearing any. Its extremely rare that i go to sleep without washing my face. But then i have super acne prone skin and i just dont take the risk of sleeping with makeup on.
i MUST do it. for the sake of my sensitive skin. t's painful to say the least. On those nights when you are oh-so-tired yet you have makeup on..I must get up and clean it all off. I am mostly concerned about foundation though...If I am not wearing foundation or sunscreen or like cream brush...I can sleep with eye makeup on ..unless I am wearing an annoying mascara.

No spots and I wake up with soft, smooth skin.
Doesn't that make your pillow smell like olive oil?
^No. What I use to take of my makeup is washed off.
The rest... as I said it's one drop (from a pipette dropper bottle) on a cosmetic pad moistened with rosewater first that I rub on my dry areas. My skin doesn't even feel greasy let alone being enough to get on my pillow.
after becoming a mother, it happened few weeks ago just once and boy did I ever feel guilty because it has always been a no no for me! washing the skin before getting some sleep is very important in my opinion since i really don’t believe in any wipes! I better not let it happen again
I do it ALL the time, but then I often sleep with books on my face so whatever. But iA this will change after I'm done with this stupid test. Please pray for me guys! :(
Oh when I do manage to get junk off of my face, it's with soap and water- followed by rosewater and moisturizer. I usually don't have any makeup on so may be that's why I'm so lazy with this..
hey which brand of olive oil do u people use for ur eyes?
well i am also very careless about it:-/ ..at times i don't use anything and just sleep..but anyway when i want to remove i do put Neutrogena makeup remover on some cotton pads and then i wipe off and yalla masssalam...
sometimes i simply wash my face with neutrogena face wash and it takes all that makeup away...then i simply apply my night cream...but in both cases whatever i do my eye pencil still stays on my waterline:S and also comes on my lower lashline..so i was thinking to buy an eye makeup remover and now i believe olive oil is better than anything else...!!!
