Ummm..it is a little dark, and violent, rated Pg-13..but I let my kids watch it (we saw it in the theatre) because I felt they could handle it, and they don’t usually get upset or frightened by that kind of stuff…and it’s Batman!!!
I guess it just depends on how strict of a parent you are

There aren’t any bad sexual scenes (maybe just one?) and not a lot of galiyan…it’s more like dark psychological and violence
