This degree of condemnation was not evident in the first wave of news reports regarding the vote. Those were the ones i was talking about. The ones where democracy in work was being used to paint this vote in a better light. Even now you have the european news media debating the pros and cons of this move. Don’t you think it is strange that something as outrageous as this has actually come to a vote?This was never a issue to begin with. Nobody in the world has had a problem with minarets till now. Weren’t there any minarets in Europe all these days? Now it has come to a stage where it is a vote worthy and debate worthy problem. Something sure has has changed in Europe.
