^ im curious about your reasoning. How doesnt this impact the ability of Muslims to practice their religions freely? For some, outward form is most definitely a form of religious expression. If that wasnt true you wouldnt see architectural styles associated with different religions. Take gothic churches, Hindu temples... crosses on top of steeples. If the law bans a form of religious expression how is the statement "Muslims can and will be able to practice their religion freely" true?
