I just seem to hve them whenever i go on a diet

do you eat fruits? usually i crave fruit-flavored stuff sometimes...
also a little bit of dark chocolate isn't bad for a diet. But just a small piece (like one block, or a hershey's kiss)

nah, hvnt had fruit for abt 1-2 weeks now :( wl do something abt it :D

Try flavored yogurt or a piece of dark chocolate.
The best thing is not to eat after 7pm and just go to bed but how often does that happen??? LOL
Im trying to do some research on carob...see if its any good for a diet versus chocolate. Seems to be a healthier alternative.

lol....I don't like sweet foods so i didn't have anything esle to say beside fighting the craving.
Sometimes watching videos of obese people eating can help to make you repulsive enough to hate food, do that when you're craving.

You have to remember, when your dieting your body is craving what it's mildly addicted to ie sugar. Modern times have made us very addicted to sucrose....but there is a light!
If your dieting, then you need to focus more on quality fats, fibre and very low carbs. Therefore, spice things up a bit! e.g. get a range of nuts together, include almonds but add some sliced dried pineapple to it. Use it as a snack. The fibre content will provide enough satiety (with good hydration through water ofcourse) to provie the right satiety for you to maintain your diet AND satisfy a lil craving.
Also, try some high protein milk shkes. If you get a good brand, buy it in a flavour you like, and it will satisfy the craving whilst providing only protein. Protein does NOT become fat AT ALL, and infact helps you recover from any exercise without excess calories.
I make a thick choc protein shake, through in some crushed ice and drink it SLOWLY over a few mins and it eradicates the craving whilst maintaining my diet when I am cutting up/slimming up.
This works really well for bodybuilders and easily helps women slimming up too.
