Just keep drinking water and take a bottle with you when ever you are out.
Try not to go out in the middle of the day, between 12pm-2pm as that’s when the sun is highest in the sky and it feels hottest.

yea, keep drinking water!! :halo: there aren’t public bathrooms there, and if luckly you find one, it’s not usable…

p.s. Bathrooms and kitchens would be my biggest problem for survival in Pakistan.
