What they don't understand is that an independent and free judiciary does not mean that judges will always rule against a sitting government - it has to make decisions on the basis of the law, and not be pressured by "awami" or "siyasi" pressures.
Bhaijan, Pakistanis are not used to this. Democracy and free judiciary are alien to them. :)
