Well Meray Bhai … emergency and dissolution of Assembly is part of democracy (under Pakistani constitution). Martial law would have happened only if there would have been lot of turmoil once emergency declared or dissolution of Assembly happened. It is not democratic action but then Pakistanis mentally do not accept democratic actions easily. They do not take defeat gracefully or even Supreme Court judgment willingly

justifying any act “in the best interest of nation”
