The same court would re-charge him in same case if there was new strong men in the town. In Pakistan justice is flexible...which shows the credibility of the justice itself.

I am not a supporter of NS, but I think the judges have taken the right decision. The whole case was based on a lie and politically victimisation. Had Mush in power he would have never allowed this to happen. This will set a a good example that such vitimsation will never occur in future.

Thief justice was part of the same bench that disqualified ganja in 2000 now acquits him in the same case
