I got some discoloration spots around my mouth and i’m working on getting my skin looking better but til then I have to wear foundation and concealer. Reapplying just seems expensive with wiping out after 2 hours.

Anyways, I guess the experts don’t agree as much on which should go first, sunscreen or moisturizer.

Reapplying is for extremely hot sunny days and if you’re working outdoor and a constant exposure to sun.

The hydrating moisturizer which I apply is not like a normal moisturizer it’s more like a toner in appearance and consistency.
