Sunna hai jungalon ka bhi koi dastoor hota hai
Sunna hai sher ka jab pait bhar jaaey
tou woh hamla nahin karta..
Sunna hai jab kissi naddi ke paani mein
Bey ke ghonslay ka gandumi saaya larzta hai
tou naddi ki ro-pehli machliyaan issko
parosi maan laithee hain…
Hawa ke tez jhonkay jab darakhton ko hillatay hain
tou Maina apnay ghar ko bhool kar
Kaway ke andon ko parron mein thaam laithi hai
Sunna ha ghonslay se jab koi bacha girray tou
saara jungle jaag jaata hai
Naddi mein baar aajaey
koi pull toot jaaey
tou kissi lakree ke takhtay parr
gulehri, saanp, cheeta aur bakri
saath hotay hain…

Thats amazing FT, really good. I dont understand some words like "baar" & "bey".
Citing the lack of compassion in nature using instances that are against the reflexes of animals, and then using it to ask for more understanding in human setups. pretty sad... So the chance of any compassion in humans is as much as any of the animals acting in this way.
The writer is experiencing disillusionment.
