Errm, yeah then go for crunches, cycling, lotsa walking, running, jogging.. (treadmill is good) whatever suits you best... in addition, eat healthy of course... drink lots of water, itll be gone in no time...
Btw, I never heard of gymnastics to really get rid of a belly!

cool thnx but ive always tried alternatives but the problem is if i do these things then i want to do weights aswel its the only thing that gets my adrenalin going
healthy food is something i really need to work on water well i drink that alot anyway
yeah thats what i thought but my mate was pritty chubby and he used to go to gymnastics more or less everyday and he is really fit now...skinny
