Yeah pounds.. and I want nicer calves and better toned arms... I can imagine a trainer is very helpful.. lucky you!

one of the best sports to cut up your body plus you work on every part of the body

but this summer im just going to continue with weights its something ive enjoyed since i was 13 so inshallah weights it is for meeee....:)

I am going to start on weights too...with aerobics too...But yes weights is the way to go:D

I want better toned biceps/calves too:(…the trainer can only instruct…rest is up to me…I am going to join a class too…or I’ll chicken out…I dont want to look like wearing a bandana..and those 80’s denise roberts video crowd…eweeew they used to look …still do look so cheesy in their leotards:clown:

I couldnt even do 1 single pushup in my evaluation....no upper body strength at all...this is the truth..the whole truth and nothing but the truth:D

That’s exactly why I dont like gyms… me sweaty and panting in skintight leggings :yukh: not a pretty sight!

LOL, I can imagine!.. thats why I do crunches at home, jumproping in the backyard, walking in the day, or jogging at nighttime :smooth:

For real though- how much weights can you lift? I’d say 15lbs for my arms and like 10lbs for my legs :bummer:

Pushups are not my thing at all…gotta get practice on those too

^^ I will find out this week;)…I have to make an appt with the trainer again…as I said I couldnt do one single pushup…:bummer:..but I outdid the crunches:me so proud of me:D

aww congrats! lol ur too cute.. lemme know how that goes… you really dont need to lose any weight, but you would know about the toning and other stuff… just dont get too skinny, samjee :smilestar:

ive been told by a freind that i should take up gymnastics instead of carrying on with weights well..he says i dont need weights no more im gona blow myself up

does it matter about size or do i have to loose a bit before starting

Hmm I'm not sure gymnastics would be the best option for that....if I find a better alternative ill let you know...

By the way, are you trying to lose weight (get skinny), or become muscular??

ok thnx.....:) well ive got a bit of a belly because ive been doing weights for a long time so becoming muscular has to stop for me now..enough is enough...but i really want to loose my stomach and find an alternative than weights
