LOL, I can imagine!.. thats why I do crunches at home, jumproping in the backyard, walking in the day, or jogging at nighttime ![]()
For real though- how much weights can you lift? I’d say 15lbs for my arms and like 10lbs for my legs ![]()
Pushups are not my thing at all…gotta get practice on those too
