Ruud van nistelrooij seems almost certain to leave ManU after angrily going away before the kick-off of the match after not even being named on the bench
Ericsson will take over Madrid IMO. He was the likeliest of the list mentioned recently.
RVN might move to madrid and Henry wont fit in Barca anyway. He will have to share games with Etoo and I dont see that happenning. Perhaps same is true with Milan. The team that REALLY needs him is Real but I dont see him going there.
with the mess at Juve and Henry's stay at Arsenal, there are numerous rumours going around now:
Rosicky: Dortmund --> Arsenal | almost finalized
Zlatan: Juve > Real Madrid
Trezeguet: Juve > Barcelona
Drogba: Chelsea > Milan
Shevchenko: Milan > Chelsea
Tevez: Corinthians > Milan
Crespo would do well to move to Milan. His loan spell there last season was phenomenal taking them to the Champions league final, but Chelsea being the arrogant twats they are, didn't let him go.
Madrid would be making a huge mistake by signing the highly overated Ibrahimovic. A better bet would be RVN who is a proven goalscorer.
Milan people signed Vieri this is why Crespo had no option but to play football ahead of the worldcup. Otherwise he never hid the fact that he wants to move to Italy.
Time will tell that but in hindsight it seems a hasty decision. He kept saying that he will make the decision anytime before 9th june. I am sure there will be tough decisions once Arsenal have another trophy-less next season which they will.
It is and will remain the biggest transfer of the summer....
After signing Ballack from Bayern, Kalou from Faynoord and now this, Chelsea are just gonna run away with another premiership title and probably europe too.
^ I doubt it. Overloaded teams like this rarely build the type of chemistry to be as good on the field as they are on paper. They may win the EPL, just because over a whole season that kind of depth takes it's toll. You can play at a higher level more consistently than most teams. A larger margin of error.
But in things like the FA cup and the later rounds of the CL--it's a whole new ball game. Chelsea still don't have that magic man in the middle of the pitch, which puts them at a deficit to the top teams in europe. They've got no Henry, Ronaldinho, Riquelme, Kaka, Gerrard, or Messi.
What about kaka - there have been rumours linking him to Madrid. They need a class or quality player maker after the retirement of Zidane. I think if he goes there this will be a good move for him.
