Yes both type of groups exist, in fact there are many. Conflicts are from local to international level. Like shia-sunni conflicts in Iraq and syria are local but ISIS is against US and anybody who they think is not against US. We know Russia is targeting ISIS ruthlessly and dont care if civilians are killed too. But can you please tell me what’s US strategy/policy for Syria? Well, we know nothing is more important for US than achieving the regime they want.

Both types of groups? Attacks are by the same group ISIS - the only difference is your “reaction” to avoid the uncomfortable truth.

I dont know what you are trying to say with USA, Russia etc.. Thread is about bombing in Saudi, targets were a bunch of shia men on pilgrimage.
