I've read that girls reach their peak height a few months before they start their period.....and some sources say that they stop growing about 2 years after getting their period.
You're 19........you're most likely** not** going to grow any taller. So any "desi" totkay (tips) you may have heard about to increase your height such as eating a certain diet or hanging from a pull-up bar.......is not going to help. There is a surgical, procedure known as leg lengthening that can increase one's height. If you choose to go that route (which is rather extreme).....there will be side effects/risks and other factors to consider.
I think we all have certain physical traits that we wish we could change. But try to accept your height. Being short....or petite.....can even appear cute in women. It's not just your height........it also depends upon your overall look and how you carry yourself. If you don't feel comfortable wearing heels...........then there are other ways to create the "illusion" of appearing taller. For example, wearing clothes with vertical stripes makes one look taller. Wearing longer earrings also has the same affect. Your body shape/structure also plays a role.

I have a cousin around your height. She has two kids.......but she has maintained her weight........she's slim and trim......and her short height makes her look cute........and also makes her look like a young mother.
There are some things you can change and some things you can't. Easier said than done, but try to embrace yourself....work with what you have...and play up the features that you like about yourself.

I already told you.............if you're looking for some nuskhay/totkay for growing taller..........they won't work. There are no herbs/jaribootiyan....homeopathic dawaaiyan........or special maalishain to make you grow taller. I doubt that exercises will make much of a difference. There is a surgical procedure if you're interested in that.................but more easier methods would include using fashion to your advantage....and maintaining a healthy body weight....as greater width can make one appear shorter.

that's a good point. i've noticed that shorter girls do look younger even when they have several kids
