Students from turkey

As salaam alaikum,

It

tears one’s hear apart:

From the lands of Muhammed Al-Faateh, the land of Islaam Bol

(Istanbul).

Every day, while I am on my way to work, I see a sight that

breaks my heart. I see young girls waiting at the gates of the

school, arriving every day, never missing a day in this freezing

cold weather, while they know that they will not be allowed to

enter the school…all this due to their wearing hijab.

This sight has been repeated numerous times in the past years,

but only in front of the universities, but now this has spread to

the high schools (secondary schools), …and it does not stop

here. This usually is followed by the arrival of the anti-riot

police who begin to push and strike these young women to break up

the crowd, and many are taken to the police station.

And I look at some of these young girls, while they look to the

sky crying, as if saying: "Oh, Allah…oh Allah…save us from

this darkness! All this just because we wear Hijab? Is there

no-one to defend us? Do we not have the right to live as you have

ordered us? Do we not have the right to complete our studies same

as all other schools? Why all this oppression…oh Allah?"

I remind you brothers and sisters that this land was the last

capital of the Islamic State, and this sight was never a

possibility while it existed. Palestine is not our only

problem…Jihad is only one of our obligations…protecting these

poor sisters is another… and there are many others. Change

today can only be achieved by establishing an Islamic

Authority..a political authority…to take control of this

miserable situation and return things to how they should be.

Please see the pictures below…Subhan

Allah…unbelievable…just for wearing Hijab.

obvioulsy these small girls r forced/brainwashed to wear hijab.

I think instead of theirs getting forced to take off their hijab, their parents should be thrown into jail for brainwashing small kids.

A child of an immature age can be brainwashed in any way. Govt has the duty that it sees to it that any religous education given at home to children should be neutralized.

If a 10 years old sikh child comes to scholl wearing turband and long hair, his parents should also be thrown to jail.

Faily enough, you have shown your ignorance of knowing ISLAM.

If you call ISLAM as brain wash, then there is no point of arguing with u..

would you call this also a brainwash, that a kid with just 2 patches of clothes start comming to school or college? would u also through his parents in JAIL ???

if not, then why not..

listen, Govt duty is not to control the way of life of ppl. Govt duty is to provide the ppl an environement where they can live like whatever they want to, but with PEACE..

thanks if you do not agree, you may walk out. because its a Muslim related matter..

And who calls Turkey a Muslim Country????

I can’t wait all my life…On a street of broken dreams

Dreaming permits each and every one of us to be quietly and safely insane every night of our lives. ~William Dement

To state the obvious: it shows the government feels threatened, but I have also heard that the Muftis are allowed to and they do regularly criticize the government and that too very harshly. But also keep in mind that women in Turkey work in a variety of fields and there are (if one is to believe Western media) lower incidence of domestic violence. Moreover, Islamic party (Refah etc) were popular but outlawed as I understand it under pressure from the military.

Still, these photographs show a sad sad spectacle and the government should be condemned for such actions.

But also keep in mind that the Turks are careful about some teachings of Islam that we as a nation very conviniently ignore e.g. Cleanliness

This is very sad and upsetting!

The parents teach children religious beliefs and it is upto their children whether they wanna follow or not.. WHat we learn from our parents and what we learn from our enviornment are two diff things an the whole idea of transition from chilhood to adolscent to adult is about makin ur own beliefs out of what our parents teach us an what the world is about.. so Its not Brainwshing that has caused these girls to stand outside and those girls ourside the school seem liek they are aware of the issues of the effect of hijab on their life.. yet they r still outside standing there to prove a point that THEY WANT to wear a hijab.. They dont seem liek 7 yr old kid who doesnt kno better.. when it comes down to it.. NO1 can make us do against our own will.. we do what we wanna do.. an these girls r wearing a hijab cuz they want to.. an because they r doin sumthin for themselves.. they are also sufferin for their beliefs.. But its THEIR BELIEFS.. not some form of brainwashing by their parents

So in other words, millions of pornstars in west were brainwashed when they were little and thats why they are what they are today and how they are treated so cheaply by western men?

Thats a GOOD logic you use to judge modesty and morality!

Turkey is a puppet state of US and Israel. It does what they tell it to do, leaders like Arab world leaders have scummed to zionist demands to make turkey totally anti-islamic. From glory to ruins, well this is what happens when you let go of Islam and become slaves of Zionist Terrorist Jews and Americans.

Allah-o-Akbar!

This is heart-wrenching stuff. This is happening in Turkey? What this world has come to!

May Allah keep them strong in their determination and do justice to the culprits. Aameen

Kambakht Ishq!

This is shameful...The European Union doesn't want Turkey to be inducted into the EU because it's a Islamic state...The government is trying its best to outlaw the image if Islam from Turkey so that it can be inducted....The end times are near...We seek help from the kuffar and beg to be like them...It was prophsied by the Holy Prophet (SAW) and it shall happen...Muslims will be ashamed to remain Muslims and be mesmerized by the glitter of gold...Well bros, all that glitters is not gold...May Allah guide the Muslims...

P.S. Nice logic SerialGuppy...Very nice...

sad

This is exactly what is happening in Singapore. Female students are not allowed wear tudungs( hijabs in malay language) to school. If they wear them to school.. they will not be allowed to enter. Parents have voiced their anger many times, but nothing has been done, nobody has ever listened to them.

May Allah help us. Ameen

Not all that tempts your wondering eyes and heedless heart makes is lawful prize

Turkey, a muslim state is obviously turnin' into a Kufr state, how bad is that!

So Sad

...and when we brainwash young American kids by making them sing the National anthem every morning and teaching them that America is good and the rest of the world is evil, who should we throw into jail then?

Sad indeed
May Allah help them.

flamez,

Govt's duty is to make sure that adults do not brainwash their kids into some anti-social group.

Adults can do whetver they want. But kids should not be forced into do something which is not social standard. How can 10 years old girl make a decision about scarf? She is doing this because she has been brainwashed by her parents.

Islam is good, if implemented at the age of reason and with free will. Adult women r not being forced to not wear scarf, in turkey.

Pilot25,

Many ppl in USA r against morning prayers, and it is getting a stiff resistace from civil rights groups. But suppose if it is done to kids in USA, then we should all condemn the USA govt.
