Kindly show us an article/interview which is mentioning that. I don't remember seeing any such article.

Bottom line is that Inzi and team can do anything they want to do, as long as it is not comprimising team performance. I don't think there is any sound evidence that their performance have gone down because of Tableegh factor.

Additionally if picking players on the basis of religous beliefs is the criteria, how come Mushtaq Ahmed never managed to get back in the team since 2003. Believe me, no one would have objected, had he been selected, after his impressive performance in county cricket in the last 3 seasons.

I don’t think Salman Butt’s allegations are true. He was dropped because of his awful performances. He didn’t deserve to be in the team.

The first and foremost criteria for selection into the team must be merit, and if that means that the 11 most talented cricketers in Pakistan are non muslims than so be it.

yes that is true…if we have 11 danesh kanerias then be it so…

I say keep this freak’in thread OPEN, I never knew they were so many ‘fanatics’ without religious knowledge or credibility, Yet they think highly of what they learn in their local muderassas or from local mualvi.
This is good stuff and 1st hand encounter of such race that exists outside of tora tora range,
