Bottom line is that Inzi and team can do anything they want to do, as long as it is not comprimising team performance. I don't think there is any sound evidence that their performance have gone down because of Tableegh factor.
Additionally if picking players on the basis of religous beliefs is the criteria, how come Mushtaq Ahmed never managed to get back in the team since 2003. Believe me, no one would have objected, had he been selected, after his impressive performance in county cricket in the last 3 seasons.
