So…I have been having constipation for the longest time. I can’t believe im sharing this…but i need help:(
I think it was becauz of Ramadhan, as my doctor says.
So yeah it has been over a month, and i still get stomach pains and I can’t go to the washroom properly.
On top of it, I have CONSTANT bloating and the worst…gas. I pass a lot of gas, and dont really know what to do :(.
I dont know what to eat, what not to eat.
A couple of days ago i had a laxative…which did not help mcuh.
I find everything i eat, i feel bloated and get more gas. I constantly feel like going to the washroom, but i can’t go.
I had milk earlier yesterday, and after that it was downhill from there.
wow, how mcuh do I hate this?
please help. My doctor referred me to get x-rays done, to see stools or something like that.
but righgt nwo it really hurts. and i dont know what to do, or what i should/n’t eat.
Ispaghol is supposed to be really good..try that empty stomach though. I have heard of Prune juice as well..not sure though. Maybe someone here can confirm.

Prune juice is awesome. My aunt takes it regularly and loves it.

Prune juice is a nice option and you should take it first thing in morning it will help you.

but the good thing is ,drink water befor u go to bathroom aur drink hot tea..
eat raisan bran cereal,,the best cereal,,for that stupid thing....INSHALLAH theek hoga

yes my doc is insane, he syas its nothign to worry about - that im too young to have problems. I have to admit, i stress a lot too...so...:S.
I have bran flakes every morning..at least cereal as my doctor told me to do. He told me to have metamucil every night, but i guess isaphgol is the same thing, or better?...
I had guava...and not like just once...but throughout Ramadan, my mom even got ones that are from pakistan, it helped me a bit, but its been soo long
Its now 1am, and i ate around 8...and I still feel super bloated. its super weird. I don't eat much as it is
I've had green tea, isapbhol(watever), this natural laxative (apparently its good for your skin if you put in boil water and steam for your face), excercsing on a regular basis, not eating a lot, eating little meals throughout the day
its just too much, i will be getting xrays done shortly to determine whats going on...
im just afriad i have IBS...or that im all of a sudden lactose intolerant BECAUSE I LOVE MILK :(

QUESTION: with isaphogl (whatever) ka chilka...you have to have it every night before bed right?...i just find i get more bloating because of it...:S
also i stopped having coffee, which i dont have a lot of anyway.

lastly does anyone know about OOLONG tea?... its supposed to make you go to the washroom - but i not sure...I'm afraid.
