Do they really work?
Let’s say I did 100 crunches every day, would there be a difference in like 1 month?
hehehahahaha kay thats funny a hunder a day. You'd usually go upto 20 the first time then the stomach muscles hurt like hell. Probably go down to 10 the next day and just 5 and then it gets boring.
Do them first thing in the morning..before breakfast. Not that you need them :-p but I will still ask you after a month anyway.
Try the exercise ball for crunches..its easier on your back and neck muscles.

Anchal I used to do hundred at the gym a while back but then I quit the gym :-/ Thinking of picking it up again but need to know if they really 'help'

Hundred is a good start. Make sure you end the month with 800. then and only then you might see a slight difference, mimimal I mean. Enjoy the big mac. :k:

It works. Aim for 50 a day ... best in mornings. It is very do-able for beginners.
You people don;t know what quitting the gym means. I haven’t been to the gym in 18 months. And yes, I show it. :k: But I am in a bit of a paradox. They say that working out gives you energy. I really want to cancel my membership but that means making the effort. You see my dilemma?

You're not gonna get a six pack but you will defineltly see a change with Cardio, crunches and diet.
I used to do 100 at the gym too,i was regular with aerobics and crunches helped a lot to tone up the tummy.Why not try it for a month and see for the results?

Hey pinoo, you can easily do 200 in 15 minutes :) after 50 take 2 minutes rest and change position. :)
like stretched legs an d after that side ways and after that heels lifted from the ground :D

As for crunches – you need to do them with cardio or you won’t get the nice flat stomach.
not a regular exercise person :o but i’ve heard rope skipping has the same effect as stomach crunches… ![]()
march/april glamour had a great crunch routine that's working
it has 9 different Types of stomache exercies (one back strentheing one) which work on difft parts of you stomach/ab area...you do 2 sets of 10 each...for a total of 90 crunches..and it works!
hmmm Shinoo i used to do crunches heaps but i found they didnt do much at all. Last year i started doing half hour to 40 min walks after dinner.. and found that was the most useful exercise.. it helps the legs, arms and tummy :k:
gym is a great idea.. i dunno how i managed not to go for 3 years
