Stirfry noodles and Chicken corn soup

I need good recipes

the last soup i made ended up tasting like ugh cause i didnt put any ajino motto

ummmmm! noodles ki recipe to mujh ko bhi chahiye. As for Chicken Corn soup......

Boneless chicken one pound, make cubes
Keep the bones for Broth or just buy a couple of cans broth
one egg (achi tarah pehntaa hua)
Ajino moto MSG
Soy Sauce
Corn boiled (I prefer canned)
Corn flour
baking Soda

Well to make the chicken Chinese style marinade it in Corn flour and baking soda and a little MSG for half an hour and then deep fry it. Bil the yakhni add soy Sauce, corn Ajino moto and salt to taste. Add the chicken and then mix corn flour in a cup of water and then add it the Yakhni. Keep stirring till it thinckens a little. Then Put the Anda in. Make sure it is well Scrambled. Soup tayaar!

k here is the problem
I went to a friend’s house and she had made the soup
it tasted like the soup in pakistan

but when i tried making it, it just tasted horrible
the only difference is that according to her, she had put 3 teaspoons of Ajino Moto
and i had put just a chutki
cause Ajino Moto is not good for the body

K everyone i dont mind your versions of the soup and the noodles but out with em

Can you tell i just bought a brand new chamkeeli chamkeeli si wok and cant wait to try out stirfrys in it

My choti-bhbahi makes the world's best Chicken corn soup and she uses no Ajino Moto....I know that for sure cuz she doesn't even have it in the house.

I will ask her for the recipe and post it for you.....gimme a couple of days.....

Darn I just remembered....my eldest bhabhi...being of the Philippines....makes the world's best Stir Fry noodles.

I will have to call her and ask her to email the recipe to me. She's gonna kill me cuz I've watched her make them so many times that I should know the recipe myself.

the last time i was in pakistan ..i think it was 94/95, I went on a road trip with papa
we went to lahore, islamabad waghera waghera

and his friend took us to chinese in Islamabad
I think there is only one chinese or maybe that was the best chinese of islamabad
i dont remember correctly

so anywayz there was this thingie he ordered
it was noodles with liver and it was topped with nimko noodles
which kinda as you eat take in the juices of the liver and noodles and become more tasty

i have a great receipe for a soup...its called chicken corn soup ....its a family recipe so don't insult it!!!

for 4 servings.

2 chicken quater legs
4 cups of water.
2 cloves of garlic
1 small onion
6 black pepper corn
1 small darchini stick
4 cloves of long
1 tablespoon chinese salt
2 tablespoon aged soy sauce
1 teaspoon hot essence
1 cube of chicken stalk
4 tablespoon white rice vinegar
1/2 cup of cream of corn
1 eagg well beaten
1 tablespoon of corn starch

now take everything except cream corn, vinegar,corn starch eagg and essence and boil it until the chicken is soft and tender.....then take it out and seperate the meat from the bones....then make really small pieces of the meat almost like threads....now u have to seperate every thing from the stalk, leaving only the stalk (no onion or anthing in it)....then u throw in yer chicken and and after 5 mins add yer cream corn and the well beaten egg give it a boil....take a 3 tablespoons of cold water and then mix yer corn stach in the very well....then u add that in the soup and u cook until the soup has the thickness u want....add yer vinegar and the esscence now...serve it with jalapeno peppers in vinegar!!

it just taste great....u have ta try it!!

enhancer” meaning the salt activates
sensitive nerves on the tongue responsible
for the taste… over exposure to MSG can cause
those nerves to become dull… meaning you
wouldn’t taste anything without any mSG in it.
MSG is not only reserved to chinese food
but it is also found in all flavored chips
Grab a bag and you’ll see..
but don’t fret…
you can always use MSG in many dishes…
but keep it within limits… then its all good
