Re: stinky boots!

Try spraying the insides with lysol spray or febreze (as long as they're not suede).

Re: stinky boots!

hmm..........good idea

i will definitely try it

Re: stinky boots!

spray some anti prespirant/deodrant in your shoes...and you can buy these inserts which keep the shoes fresh.

Re: stinky boots!

If you have products from Dr Scholl's available (in pharmacies) they have an insert called "Stinky Pinkies". Its a pink foot-shaped insert that you cut to size and put in the bottom of the boots. It absorbs sweat and odors.

Re: stinky boots!

Spray deo inside and dust talcum powder or baking soda..and let them be for sum time...and rub u're feet with any eau de cologne before wearing them.

Someone told my mum about boric acid powder, what is it :konfused:

Re: stinky boots!

Boric acid powder is good for killing cockroach LOLLLL we are moving to India and every/most houses there have this problem and they crap the hell out of me, so i was reading up on how to get rid of rodents etc, and came across boric acid, supposed to be natural and very effective :) it is suppose to absorb moister, and keep whtever it is dusted on dry.

Trying on feet, may be ask the doctor first.

Re: stinky boots!

Re: stinky boots!

Re: stinky boots!

Kalli biolli- this is what my mum used to say a( and its proved that it works)soak ur feet in hot water with a few drops of vinegar ( yes vinegar) and salt- the vingegar nutrilises the stinky pongy ordour and salt acts as a sterliser for ur feet- no smell and sqeaky clean feet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: stinky boots!

Sometimes it's not your feet; it's the shoes. If the shoes are not 'breathable' the best treatments won't work. So you can try:
1. different socks
2. different shoes
3. dr scholl's foot powder
4. swipe antiperspirant on the soles of your feet
5. get botox on the bottom of your feet (it's for wrinkles but can also be used to stop sweating. this is an extreme option though).
