Niksik, when u make the peras, do u dip them in loose flour before you flatten them with the bailan so that it doesnt stick to the dish ????

How much atta do I need for 2 parathey? Plus what type of atta do you use? :S I got no desi atta, just some substitute thing, or does the atta matter at all :S?

I buy durum whole wheat flour, but the white one not red one. I usually get the Golden Temple brand from the Pak/Indian store as I have found that to be the easiest to work with.
For 2 parathey, you need a cup of atta I would say...

:( The dough was too heavy so it wasn't through :( plus the aloo mixture didn't taste that well. sighs Anyone has recommendations for dough? Better to use desi atta I guess:(
