My step by step aloo paratha is to go to the Indian store, grab those frozen aloo parathas by Deep or that malaysian brand, come back home, fry them, and have them with mixed achaar. That’s what I have to do when my mom isn’t around to make them for me

NIksik, what is the consistency of the atta? i have tried to make them before, albiet not your way (gonna try that soon), but i find that the ingrediants stick out of the atta, making holes in the parata, and when its on the thava half of the ingredients fall out when im flipping it:(

ek aur...aapne kabhi "kaThal [jack fruit] ke kabaab" banaaye haiN? in india, we used to call it a "Hindu kabaab" lolz coz Hindus love it due to its beefy texture :)**
