anjjan, theoretically, every muslim will claim that he follows quran which orders them to treet women nicely, but practically they are just like every other man of any religion.
BTW, is there any religion which tells not to respect women?

Heres the answer from quran:
Situation One: Writing down a contract (One Man and Two Woman Witnesses (only if two men are not available))
[2:282] O you who believe! when you deal with each other in contracting a debt for a fixed time, then write it down; and let a scribe write it down between you with fairness; and the scribe should not refuse to write as Allah has taught him, so he should write; and let him who owes the debt dictate, and he should be careful of (his duty to) Allah, his Lord, and not diminish anything from it; but if he who owes the debt is unsound in understanding, or weak, or (if) he is not able to dictate himself, let his guardian dictate with fairness; and call in to witness from among your men two witnesses; but if there are not two men, then one man and two women from among those whom you choose to be witnesses, so that if one of the two errs, the second of the two may remind the other; and the witnesses should not refuse when they are summoned; and be not averse to writing it (whether it is) small or large, with the time of its falling due; this is more equitable in the sight of Allah and assures greater accuracy in testimony, and the nearest (way) that you may not entertain doubts (afterwards), except when it is ready merchandise which you give and take among yourselves from hand to hand, then there is no blame on you in not writing it down; and have witnesses when you barter with one another, and let no harm be done to the scribe or to the witness; and if you do (it) then surely it will be a transgression in you, and be careful of (your duty) to Allah, Allah teaches you, and Allah knows all things.
Situation Two: Man acusing his wife of unchastity (One Woman nullifies man's accusation):
[24:6] And (as for) those who accuse their wives and have no witnesses except themselves, the evidence of one of these (should be taken) four times, bearing Allah to witness that he is most surely of the truthful ones.
[24:7] And the fifth (time) that the curse of Allah be on him if he is one of the liars.
[24:8] And it shall avert the chastisement from her if she testify four times, bearing Allah to witness that he is most surely one of the liars;
[24:9] And the fifth (time) that the wrath of Allah be on her if he is one of the truthful.
[24:10] And were it not for Allah's grace upon you and His mercy-- and that Allah is Oft-returning (to mercy), Wise!
[24:11] Surely they who concocted the lie are a party from among you. Do not regard it an evil to you; nay, it is good for you. Every man of them shall have what he has earned of sin; and (as for) him who took upon himself the main part thereof, he shall have a grievous chastisement.
BTW did you know Women in Today's Israel are not allowed to give evidence in Rabbinical courts because the Talmud says: **"Women are temperamentally light-headed" **and according to bible If a man accuses his wife of unchastity, her testimony will not be considered at all. The accused wife has to be subjected to a trial by ordeal (Numbers 5:11-31).

How these verses will surpass each other if both of them are ready swear by Allah?
Any proofe if woman' swearing was accepted? Or she was given a chance to swear?
Father of Bin Laden had celeberated 50 marriages and he never had more than four wives at a time.
Was any Fatwa issued against him for maligning Islam?

Anjaan, you are a big time Anjjan. You try to quote things to insult Islam but unfortunately your quotes do not fit at all to the point you are raising.
The two verses of Quran you quoted deal with the accusation by a husband on a wife of unchastity and then the defense of a wife against her husband WHEN THE HUSBAND IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY WITNESS.
BOTH have been given the right of SWEARING FOUR TIMES before Allah.
**It is a great example of the rights Islam has given to the woman EQUAL to the man **of swearing in the same manner, four times both and the swearing of a women can evart the blame of unchastment on her.
And the matter is left to Allah…
Just read carefully how much EQUAL rights Islam has given to women. I don’t understand your equivalency of one to four or one to two.

Tell me name of a single Islamic state or Muslim society where woman is given equal rights or some respect in society!
I will come to your versions and defence of Quran verses...let us find out how many Muslims have in fact applied the interpretations given above in daily life.

anjjan, forget Muslim states. Most Muslim women are quite satisfied with the men in their lives treating them fairly and with respect. I, for one am happy the way my dad, grand father, and uncles treat me. I'm content with what Islam has blessed women with and so are millions more. I don't see much room for you to argue.
You seem to like to bicker over things that aren't even an issue with most Muslim women.
