Qurban Jilani also died at an early age. He did many memorable roles in Urdu/Sindhi drama. His famous dramas include Shama, Uncle Urfi, Afshan( he replaced Shafi Muhammad Shah), Deevarain, Uljhan (his last serial).

Azra Sherwani, the legendary actress died at the age of 65 in 2005.

TV actor ‘Riaz’ died at an early age. He might be in his late 30’s. He became famous by playing negative role in PTV Quetta Center Drama ‘Chaon’.
He also performed a short but important role in Amjad Islam Amjad’s ‘Fishaar’ and main role in Noor-ul-huda Shah’s ‘Faasle’

Azra Sherwani, the legendary actress died at the age of 65 in 2005. I liked her performance in one of Mystery theatre's play where her son was died in an accident and again became alive due to her wish.
i think u are talking about STN's mystery theatre where she and mehmood ali played poor husband and wife and their son worked somewhere and used to send them money. and then they become greedy about money and wish for more and more money...so in the end their son dies (cause of something) and they get his compensation money...end per unhe pachtatay hue dikhatey hain...ke paise tou mil gaye per baita chala gaya. indeed it was a great play.

haan unhe kisi dibbya main koi chit pari milti hai aur ghaibi awaazain ati hain. acha jahan tak mujhe yaad hai woh teenon wishes mein bas paise ka laalach hi kertey hain (aur wishes ki jo condition hoti hai usay tor dete hain). aur in the end ek admi ata hai batane ke appka baita mar gaya hai is tarah se aur hakoomat/company ne yeh paise diye hain as a compensation. well i maybe wrong....yeah they both acted very well. it was a half an hour drama, shot in a single room yet such a strong drama it was....mystery theatre ki sab hi dramas superb thay.

as far as i know yeh woh mystery theatre hai jo early 2000 main aya tha. is ka earlier version jo mid to late 90s main aya tha uski mujhe talaash hai.

Shafi Muhammad Shah: He was one of the greatest in dialog delivery I have ever seen.
Some of his great dramas include Anch, Chand Girahan, Dewareen, Tapish, Marvi etc etc
He died at the age of 48

I doubt that Shafi acted in Deevarain. He was in Jungal. He was in Sindhi version of Marvi. In Urdu version that role was played by Mehmood Siddiqui.

She did variety of role in various TV dramas. She was part of almost all the dramas of Bajiya including Shama (no one can forget quarrelsome Haleema), Afshan (where she played wife of Qazi Wajid), Zeenat (mother of Zeenat), Uroosa (Badi Aapa), Tasveer, Asawari. She was also part of Haseena Moin’s classics Zer Zabar Pesh, Shehzori, Dhoop Kinare.
Her other dramas include Babar (where she played mother of Allaudin Khilji), Tipu Sultan,Family 93, Eid Train, Burger Family,etc.
My personal favorite performance by Ishrat Hashmi was in drama ‘Hawa’ain’ where she played ‘Maasi Khyber Mail’.

Arsh e Munir, the famous TV/Radio artist died in 1998. She was famous for her role as ‘Chachi’ in Fatima Suriya Bajiya’s Afshan. Her other memorable performances include Intezar Farmaiye & Hello Hello (Khala Gulbadan - Aunty Gulbadan), Shehzori (Maali Buwa), Ba Adab Ba Mulahiza Hoshiyar (Malika), Rozi ( a small role), Shama,etc

Actor / Director Najum-u-Zaman died very early. He acted in couple plays and directed many episodes of Ek Muhabbat So Afsane (Remake), which was not as good as the original ones, but they were far better than majority of crap being produced nowadays. He also acted in Syed Noor’s ‘Sargam’
