Be-waris seems to be the different project I was talking of. That was a serial from Indus TV which deals with agitation of tribal women.

Don’t remember the long play you are referring. Do you remember long play ‘Maut se pehle’, where Uzma Gilani played a cancer patient and her daughter played by Arifa Siddiqui thought that her mother was involved with some guy. In an interview, Uzma Gilani told that in her career, she liked the performance of Arifa Siddiqi as a co-star in that play. The drama was later remade where probably Saba Hameed played the role of Uzma Gilani.

yes maut se pehle was a great long play, though i dont remember saba hameed’s version but one with uzma gillani and arifa siddiqui was superb.
