I know it was suggested in good fun, but the idea of getting someone to beat him up (even though the jerk deserves it) is not the best idea. If he's attacking her and it's self defense, that's a different story. But I'd use that idea with EXTREME caution because it could completely backfire (e.g. the creep could file an assault charge). And let's face it...this guy is a gora and your friend is Arab. If he starts making noise about an Arab who is "attacking" or "threatening" him...well you know how it's going to end. I know it's not fair, but that's the way things are. Don't give this creep that type of ammunition. Be smart.
Oh...another important thing. Always ALWAYS have at least $20 and some loose change in your wallet when going out. I can't tell you the number of people who run out without even a dollar to their name thinking they'll be ok because they have their credit/debit card. NOT smart. Especially in an emergency.

I actually volunteered at the Domestic Violence Project at the Los Angeles Superior Court and helped victims file temporary restraining orders. She should probably get a restraining order.
If she decides to go ahead with it, she can explain in the application that they are in the same class together, however she does not want any contact with him whatsoever, outside of class. He will be prohibited from coming near, calling her, texting her, going to her house (these can be listed on the restraining order)

Also she should keep all the text messages, voicemails, etc... to show the court/police...
Also she should let all her professors know that she does not feel comfortable around him and that she has informed campus police.

Yea she is already looking in to getting restraining orders but as they are in the same class so police might tell him to stop attending the classes . This might mess him a bit more and he might create difficulties for her . But its a good pointer that you mentioned that restraining order can be applicable to few places and not all of them . Means he can still attend the classes . Thanks for info :k:
Latest update : She gona talk to him face to face and will tell him to STOP IT . Plus that guy will also get a letter from international office that they know about this situation and he better be careful. And I think school has also added his name to the list of stalkers . It means next time his name will come up , he’ll be out of school for good .

Get the police involved. Get a restraining order. Tell the campus police. Tell her family. Nothing else can be done legally.
Illegally he can be found floating on a lake.
Also Namaan there is no such thing as too pretty. Take the time walking her home to get in her good books. Take her out to dinner and then boom you are good to go.

I had a stalker in college too. I had campus security and eventually police involved to no avail...the guy still creepily followed me around to the point that I carried a spray bottle of ammonia with me. The only thing that got thru to him was my 6-foot-3 brother. He threw the guy up against a wall and told him never to go near me, never look at me, never follow me ever again. If he sees me then turn around and run the other way. Or else I'll cut off your (you-know-what) and shove it down your throat. He never bothered me again.
