Because if my parents ever saw a boy near me, they assumed the worst. It was never innocent until proven guilty, it was guilty until proven innocence. It’s hard to explain to mom/dad why some dude breaks your windshield because he loses his temper when you say you’re not going to go out with him. They thought I must have had some sort of thing with the guy.
My parents wouldn’t have a problem with you Imran but I think my husband might.
