I can’t stop being amazed at Al Quaeda and LeT. How come when the whole world is chasing after them, these terrorists manage to survive and continue inflicting attacks at both military and civilian targets frequently? The resources on the government side to search find and destroy these outfits are almost limitless yet this happens!

Only way they are continuing to operate is somehow they are getting unlimited resources also. Question is how and from where

Or maybe there are resources inside the government who are helping them ?
