what does this have to do with Indian ID, Indian number etc, captain1?
I read an article where people suggested that Pakistan did this drama to show to India that we are suffering from the same (Mumbai), so if govt was doing it they could've easily put Indian ID/number in the evidence.

and why is this street that deserves a CCTV cam have NOBODY at 9 am on a weekday?
I am not from Lahore so I can't say where the CCTV is located, the video is released by Geo, I don't think the CCTV was put in place by govt agency. I believe there are many more cameras in Lahore, some I think broadcast to some websites live, or atleast there was some project in past.
