@StirCrasy

I am sure many of you have come across a the form of prayer that we do in front of Lord Ganesha, the God of accomplishments and detroyer of difficulties. In Thamizh this is called “thoppukarnam”. Normal days devotees do a few of these and on special days 108 of them.

Now researchers have proved beyond doubt the amazing benefits of thoppukarnam! Thank you Gajanana!

You can also do it, just a few minutes a day and get smarter!

i am sure no religion or any religious activity (rationale speaking) wants you to face extremism.
prayers and exercises are there for one to feel “Normal” rather than brainier “Abnormal”
