Most Asian homes definitely have a collection of concentrated squashes … that they can mix in with loads of water and enjoy in summers particularly …
i know in pakistan they get a huge variety of some good squashes …
So what squashes do you have at home ( flavours and companies )
and which ones do you recommend for others to try out?

And this year when i went to pakistan I saw people having lemonade mix.. from a packet … i think it was in powder form and they would just mix it in some water and lo and behold sikanjabi ready in less then 10 secons 
I didnt get the time to investigate wht it was .. but if someone knows do let me know , I might get a few packets of those on my next trip to pakistan

Ok, you have to try Robinsons Tropical barley squash. Its heavenly especially in ice cold water or spring water!

We also used to get a lot of 'Kool Aid' when my uncles visited from the US - used to love the grape flavours in those!! Can you still buy these?

I like Sainsbury's lemon squash too ... its got a really nice flavour specially if mixed with sparkling water ...

Only Robinsons Orange flavour squash, its a 1.25 litre bottle and still loads left, we don't really drink squash much, other than this just maaaaaayyybe I might bring Ribena ( blackcurrent flavour) but again we prefer juices to squash and I personally am quite partial to a diet pepsi :)

Brit, Tang ko tou i can recognize with my eyes closed .. it wasnt Tang definitely ... Whats energile? is it that glucose thing that we get in Pakistan in a cardboard box packing?

squash? Is this some sort of UK-term? I've never heard the word being used like this before. I thought you were talking about vegetables. Anyways, the only 'squash' we've ever used at home has been Tang. Been a while since we've last had it though.

i dunno but it's the term used in India N Pakistan...they learned this word from brit goras i suppose! :)

Well, a popular one here is Kool Aid and my personal favorite is Rooh Afza always left over from Ramadan.

I'm not a juice or any type of powdered drink person however there are certin flavors of Kool-Aid that are kind of okay

These are not in powder form … they are like really concentrated form of juice that you dilute with water and get a yummy drink …
