i was nikahfied last week…my husband is british national …now i dont know the procedure of spouse visa whether he can apply from UK or i have to apply from Pakistan…someone suggest me visit visa is a best option as spouse visa processing takes too long…can someone suggest me which option is better and what is the exact process of both…and what documents are required…i m really upset

why areyou upset? just relax. apply for spouse visa as with visit visa you would have to apply again and again. also check the ukba website.
problem is his careless attitude and i dont know anything about it at all :-(

Spouse visa if you are going to go and live with him in the UK. It will be valid for 5 years then you can apply for indefinite leave to remain.
You have to apply in Pakistan but it’s not that straightforward. There is a lot of paperwork and you have to go for TB test as well. You will need a lot of help from your husband because nearly all the paperwork you submit for the application will be from him. He is basically sponsoring you, so need will need to show proof of income, adequate accommodation etc. He needs to get all the required documents together and provide you with them.

Just dont forget to attach the tenancy agreement/ accommodation details provided by your husband along with your application … My friend got rejected just because her hubby didn’t provide her the tenancy agreement 
so foolish of them 
and of course, you shall apply for spouse visa, NOT a visit visa.

plus how to start i mean wot should b the first step in starting paper work :-(

All in all, it will take a couple of months for you to prepare all the paperwork and book and take your tests. Once you apply, it can take up to 6 months to be granted the visa.

If you ask me, your husband should be handling all this. He lives in the U.K. and therefore will more easily understands what they are asking for. He should figure it all out and then direct you to the things that you need to do.

A visit visa also requires someone to sponsor you as well, so it will require work and some time to come through.
It will just complicate matters for you as well. I'm not even sure you would be able to get it because it is for non-immgration purposes and surely the UKBA will expect that you want to immigrate.

Even if you got a visitor's visa, you'd have to leave the country when it expires and then apply for spouse visa from Pakistan again anyway.
and english test is IELTS Or any normal english fluency test ????

The document is too big. It lists all the acceptable tests and the minimum grade required for each type of test. It includes IELTS and TOEFL. IELTS is generally the most straightforward.
You can't do anything like this. You need some kind of computer and a proper internet connection and sit down and read everything and figure out what needs doing and how.
If you can't, then go through someone who handles UK visa applications and then they can tell you everything, you just need to follow their instructions.

the form is actually very straight forward, make sure you provide them with everything they require along with the TB test and in sha Allah it will be alright.
you either need to get access to the net or ask your hubby to get it together for you. there is even a check list at the end of the form to make sure all the documents are in order.
also stop trying to find short cuts. do it once and do it properly.if you get rejected because of inability to read the form and acting on heresay the appeal process may get messy and obviously the added espense.
approach it in a relaxed manner but be thorough. panicking is not gna do you any good

Aren’t these all issues that were discussed prior to your nikkah, during the rishta talks? Like we’re you and your family not prepared for the process and the time it takes? Did you just think you’d be able to hop on a plane and get to the UK?
