first you quoted me without understanding your own problem. there is more to decide who has comprehension issue.
I said only a racist would say that one province should divided and other provinces should not be touched. If you support all provinces should be divided for administrative control why did you get pissed off by this statement?
Do you know that AP does not support dividing Sindh?

Talking of provinces, Karachi itelf should be divided into multiple provinces to make some sense of who is who and and what is what here. At the moment its not exactly a metropolitan city but sort of a monstropolitan chaos with seemingly no method to all the madness.
