tum on regular basis.. his family (read:adults) do get offended sometimes and this one time one of his aunties said this to me: if you will call him "tum" people wont give him enough respect and would call him "tum" as well I asked her, is he my husband or people's? She didn't respond back. :(

ps: I dun think he is comfortable with me calling him "aap" :D

When i am nice, I call him by his name, aap etc.
When i am not so nice, i start in english, aap tum ka chakkar khatam

She calls me Aap.
Now, when i was a kid we had a neighbour from Hyderabad, i found that the kids calle their mom "tum" and the mom called them aap. It was the opposite in our house. I was so surprised that i used to tell that to my mom everyday.
Now this is exactly what happen in my house. My kids call me app, but call their mom "tum", while we call them aap. I tried to tell kids to call my wife "aap" but she likes tum, she feels that shows more apnaiyat.

I call him tum, and shararat mai “oye aithay aa chaiti naal, gal kyon nai sunda”. Ok I just made that part up but I sure will try it soon.
