u dont really need a recipe i guess..
but a few tips, cook teh spinach and mushrooms before u add htem to egg..b/c Egg cooks really quickly. i use mostly frozen spinach so i'd microwave it a bit according to the package directions.. sautee the mushrooms on the pan,a nd then add each thing to the eggs..add whatever spices u want and any other vegggie and there ya go

^ Agreed. Portobello mushrooms are delicious and would go great. Also, some really good quality shredded mozzarella sprinkled in there.... yum!
