saw it.. i dunno… its just like ne other spidey movie… not bad .. has boring bits in it.. over all its ok i guess… i dunno watch it yourself.. i am a lame critic

Well, I loved it. Probably enough to catch it again the cinemas.
My only qualm would be the various occasions (particularly near the end) when it treaded dangerously close to over-gloryfying the 'hero' aspect of the film (ie cue cheeseball lines). Abit messy in the middle of the film as well (after a start that was, well, not entirely convincing), but the ending sorted things out.
Action was pretty much what you'd expect (and then, some more), acting was generally good, and the tidbits of humor were more often than not hilarious (Bruce Campbell and JK Simmons in particular).

I really enjoyed the movie. The scene where Sandman realizes his changed state and struggles with it was really captivating. And I enjoyed Peter Parker's flare when he wore the venom outfit. A lot of it was a bit simplistic, but overall very fun.
(And the Harry Potter 5 trailor was amazing!)

A bit too much packed in for my liking and probably not as good as part 1 and 2..but a satisfying conclusion to the trilogy.

I did enjoy the movie, special effects obviously a given, nice amount of humor thrown in, good directing and some good acting.
I do feel like they crammed too much into one movie, they could've kept Goblin and Sandman for this movie and kept Venom a focus for another. The Venom character has so much depth that I felt like this movie didn't do him justice. The Sandman character also had a lot of potential for development but instead it all felt very rushed.
I did enjoy it and I'd watch it again but overall I'd say the first 2 were better.

Two thumbs up although it reminded me of indian flicks packed with a little bit of everything. Rumor has it that Tobey and Kirsten are not doing spiderman 4 that comes out in '09 ... lizard and kraven might be in spidey 4... and there will be one dead character from S3 who will come back in the 4th one.... sounds like harry will be back

venom will b back. The beautiful person will hopefully be back..the one who's beautiful despite the scar. It doesn't really follow the comic series. He's not supp to meet MJ until later after the blondie gets killed by green goblin. They shouldnt change characters now, its too late. Harry should have been picked for the spiderman role :(

What can i say..mature geeks think alike 
there is almost an unlimited potential for more Spiderman, batman movies because of their storylines, In spideys case, carnage, the lizard (who has already been referenced ) and so on..but I suspect despite the open ending ..it will be considered the last one to many fans. A fourth one may end up being another Batman & Robin..I could be wrong but we’ll see.
