quick question morstar bhai. Ive never known anyone who puts yoghurt in the rice (when layering) for biryani.. how does that help?? Your rice looks yum.. but a little lumpy.. is that cuz of the yoghurt|? I mean what does the yogurt do?
oh and i remember thsi one time you shared the recipe of the MOST amazing pulao.. and it turned out very good for me. So I'm sure ur biryani tastes great too.. just wanting to know wat the yogurt does..
