Has anyone tried the Special K Cereal Diet? I have and found it really helped me maintain my figure and shed d odd few pounds as i replaced breakfast and dinner with a bowl of Special K.

The good thing about Special K is that you dont even need to add sugar to it - only thing is i cheated a little and didnt use semi-skimmed milk.

Anyone else who has tried this diet - wat are your opinions ?

What kind of milk did you use if it wasn't skim milk? Was it 2%?
