Just because people have muslim names, that does not mean they are muslims. These kinds of incidents only happen in societies that lack education, irrespective of their religios beliefs.

well…can you tell us how many times rapists have been sentenced in these societies…

and what is the criteria…how the rape victim is treated by the court…
