who’s got them and which ones and are they really as magically slimming as they claim to be?? i’ve yet to own spanx, but i’d love to hear from ladies who do! are they comfy? do they make you hot/itch? how much do they control or do they just firm you up?

ahh i loveeee my spanx!! theyre amazing and work WONDERS..
For my BIL's wedding i went and got them to fit into my wedding dress and it turns out after i put it on I literally didnt have to get the shirt of my lehnga opened up.. :) so they work wonders..
i bought the bodysuit kind .. theyre easier to manage without having to worry abt wearing a separate bra :)

Spanx, never used them, but my sis after her 3rd child, was not so toned in the tummy area, and when she wears them they make her look very streamlined and give her a great silhouette... and that gives her more confidence :)

I do love my spanx - I wore them this Saturday - eveyone was like - yoou got so skinny - infact I haven't been to the gym in a month.

I've been thinking about getting a pair to wear on my wedding as well...but can someone please explain WHERE does the fat go? Like the extra tummy flab...it can't just disappear...it has to go somewhere?

I have one. Its good and doesn't make you hot or uncomforatble. I have one other control garment too and comfort wise the spanx wins.

The fat is still there, candy_apple, but it’s just a ‘sucking in’ effect… much like a corset, but with spanx you can actually breathe!
And apparently it improves your posture also
