i believe even the migrants to Germany would belong to the religion they’d have claimed, in any case one can’t do anything if a person can trade his religion for a piece of paper. If a person does something like this he would be answerable for his deeds.

Not necessarily, one huge part of Pakistanis considers a minority as non-Muslims, but for immigration to Germany they gladly claimed to be from minority… yes they will be answerable to Allah for what they did, the same applies to those who adopt Christianity for immigration.
