Though Chawlas are Sindhi, but it seems that she had a command over the language (tamil). Is it tamil or Marathi BTW? Whats she saying?

that word ramba or romba is used in tamil and even word kadhal/kadal is for love in tamil

I can't recognise any of South Indian languages.

The song got many variation. Juhi Chawala (Sindhi) dancing with Aamir Khan (North Indian) in Rajhistani background on a song which contains typical Urdu words :p

She is speaking Tamil. Many Indians say "Taamil" but Tamilains prounce differently. It is hard to reporoduce it exactly in English for me. Juhi Chawla's first movie was Saltanat. But it was a South Indian movie which gave her a break in the film industry and QSQT cemented her position
