Re: South Africa vs. Pakistan - 2nd Test - 19-23 Jan at Port Elizabeth
Inzimam played a truly classic inning, his 92 desnt show the pressure he came in and how he played with utmost ease making it look so damn simple. A truely great inning, he was cool as a cucumber which made the SA players look like club level players who did not know what to do with a class act. Probably one of the best innings played under tremenedous pressure. Bravo Big Man, u have made Pakistan proud.
Re: South Africa vs. Pakistan - 2nd Test - 19-23 Jan at Port Elizabeth
Did anyone see that? Pakistan were denied 5 runs by 'mota' Parker. Inzi tried to glance a ball down to fine leg (can't remember who the bowler was ? Harris), missed it, Boucher missed it and the ball hit a helmet on the ground behind Boucher and Parker for reasons only known to him signalled it as a dead ball. The umpiring in this match has been inconsistent even biased to say the least
Re: South Africa vs. Pakistan - 2nd Test - 19-23 Jan at Port Elizabeth
We are the ones in trouble, not the South Africans. Two set batsmen at the crease, Gibbs, Boucher and Pollock still to come. And we only have three bowlers, with not even Hafeez available to bowl. I predict a loss, even though it would be heartbreaking because Inzi played such a magnificent inning :( .
Re: South Africa vs. Pakistan - 2nd Test - 19-23 Jan at Port Elizabeth
No offence but where you been playing cricket mate, only two days passed and you want to draw the match??? either we will loose it or win it depends on SA batting tomorrow.
Re: South Africa vs. Pakistan - 2nd Test - 19-23 Jan at Port Elizabeth
I think Pakistan has more than a decent chance of winning here. I dont see Gibbs, Boucher and Pollock and the rest of the team putting more than 250 runs on the board (which means a total of 350)
Anythig under 250 is achievable. Let us have some faith in our team guys. How many of you day before yesterday were predicting that Pakistan will have a lead of 140.
Go Pakistan
